Reconciliation Specialist Role

Accounting and Finance Expertise Sought

This position requires a skilled professional in accounting and finance with a strong background in reconciliation, financial analysis, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities include preparing profit-share reconciliations, investigating and resolving reconciliation variances, handling inquiries related to modification and termination quote calculations, liaising with IT, streamlining quoting processes, identifying inefficiencies, monitoring pricing set-ups, overseeing monthly pricing reports, performing budgetary analysis, supporting sales strategy management through contract modifications, leading clean-up initiatives, developing analytical tools, conducting validations and quote rechecks, driving process improvement efforts, managing group inboxes, and providing backup support and assistance as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, or finance.
  • Proven experience in reconciliation, financial analysis, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, database management, and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and executing projects.
