Financial Reconciliation Specialist">

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions by performing thorough reconciliation on internal and external reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive reconciliation of financial statements, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date reconciliations and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other financial software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
