Diligent Business Development Professional

We are seeking a diligent and resourceful professional to assume the role of Business Development Associate. This position will be instrumental in supporting our growth strategy, focusing on three key areas:
- Phone Reception & Dispatch: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all incoming calls, dispatching calls to the right team members, taking accurate and detailed messages, and quickly learning our team structure to ensure seamless communication.
- Business Development Support: You'll collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager, managing a database of prospects, following up on leads, preparing management agreements using Zip Forms, and handling new client onboarding paperwork.
- Database Management: You will be responsible for maintaining our database of prospects, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
