Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of existing business books and financial records to support the acquisition process
- Provide expert guidance on the financial aspects of the business purchase transaction
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and requirements
- Prepare and review tax returns in accordance with local, state, and federal tax laws
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience working with businesses and comprehensive knowledge of local tax compliance requirements
- Qualified to practice accounting in the region
- Proficiency with accounting software, with Xero experience highly valued
- Experience with business acquisitions or due diligence processes preferred but not essential
