Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with expertise in Tableau or Power BI.

The successful candidate will analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns of business importance. They will work closely with technology organization and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations.
  • Document existing metrics and drive consistent usage of measures and terminology.
  • Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience with data extraction, transformation, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Tableau Cloud, Tableau Prep, Power BI, R).
  • Strong business acumen is essential. Solid understanding of data structures, and preparation techniques is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
