Job Overview

The role of Senior Data Analyst is a pivotal position that requires an individual to provide critical analytics support to drive business decisions. This entails leveraging data and statistical methods to gain valuable insights, thereby enabling the organization to make informed choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships, prioritize tasks, and achieve project milestones.
  • Develop periodical performance monitoring reports and metrics, with a focus on automation.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing directors to enhance their use of analytical tools.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions to optimize sales and operations.
  • Drive project milestones from concept to closure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or finance analytics.
  • Understanding of how marketing programs relate to sales functions and performance.
  • Assessing ROI and determining areas of efficiency strength or weakness.
  • Gathering, interpreting, and applying critical thinking to data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Working with large databases and transforming them into useful reports.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Nice to have: Project Management, Data Engineering, and Data Visualization skills.
