Job DescriptionIn this role, you will play a critical part in our mission to provide world-class IT support services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to and resolve client inquiries, troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Mandarin, and relevant experience in IT-Related Jobs, Service Desk, and CSR positions. Additionally, you will require a College Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, and be willing to work in shifting schedules and 100% on site.
