Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of software systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Test Strategies, reviewing requirements and engaging in story refinement.
  • Collaborate with Development teams to ensure timely completion and effective quality practices.
  • Track defects, validating conformance to requirements and communicating status to project teams.
  • Provide insightful input to retrospectives and perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes and collaboration with Development teams.
  • Experience in project management, QA methodology, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate technical concepts to peers, customers, and management.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, multitask, and meet deadlines.
