Telecom Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Quality Assurance expert to join our team.

  • This is a role that requires the ability to identify and mitigate risks, as well as ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom systems, quality management, and auditing. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining project quality plans, preparing and approving inspection and test plans, and ensuring proper document control and traceability of all telecom installations.

The selected candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. They will also be responsible for conducting internal and supplier audits, issuing and tracking NCRs, and supporting root cause investigations.

About this role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project quality plans
  • Preparing and approving inspection and test plans
  • Ensuring proper document control and traceability of all telecom installations
  • Supervising and coordinating inspections of structured cabling, telecom equipment installation, and fiber testing
  • Witnessing factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests
  • Conducting internal and supplier audits
  • Issuing and tracking NCRs and supporting root cause investigations
  • Preparing and submitting quality reports, KPIs, and dashboards
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in telecom quality assurance or a related field
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of telecom systems, quality management, and auditing
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • Familiarity with railway-specific standards (e.g., EN50126, EN50128, EN50129)
  • Familiarity with local/national telecom and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document control platforms
