Business Development Manager

Readycon Trading and Construction Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Development Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and prepare sales contracts to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Oversee and monitor project site status and concerns to ensure smooth operations.
- Review and verify daily production reports to ensure accurate total deliveries or pick-ups by customers.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of statements of account for processing.
- Assist in account collection and ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of expenses or commission vouchers.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Daily Sales and Collection Report.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales and operational experience at a batching plant for concrete.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in data analysis, decision-making, and leadership.
- Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented with a willingness to perform field work.
Working Conditions:
The selected candidate will be assigned to work in Manggahan, Pasig City and must be willing to travel to project sites as needed.
