Job Description

The role of an Experienced Audit Associate is pivotal in driving business success through exceptional financial expertise. This individual will be part of a collaborative effort between top accounting firms, aimed at identifying and acquiring talent with the best practices.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in EBP audit, coupled with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough audits of client financial statements, particularly in EBP
  • Completing comprehensive audit workpapers by documenting test results and findings
  • Staying up-to-date with current audit legislation to ensure seamless compliance with regulations
  • Collaborating with clients to collect and analyze data for project completion
  • Providing insightful feedback to senior personnel to mitigate technical issues
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 busy season experiences for US Audits with a focus on EBP
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Certified Public Accountant certification is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in technology and basic PC applications (Excel, Word)
Technical Requirements:
  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
  • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
  • Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is essential
