We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Trade Promotion Management Specialist. This role involves providing financial support to our customers and requires expertise in trade promotion management and accounting.
- Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation.
- Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track missing deduction backup items.
- Communicate with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected.
- Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account explaining customer portal details.
- Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Take responsibility for department goals by accepting new duties and finding opportunities for improvement within the Technology Enabled Services department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. We look for candidates who are eager to learn, have impeccable oral and written communication skills, and are comfortable with change.
