Job Overview

At Work for Prosper, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Benefits Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support in compensation and benefits coordination.

In this position, you will work closely with employees to understand their benefits needs and provide personalized support. Your comprehensive knowledge of different benefits plans and programs will enable you to make informed decisions and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage benefits and timekeeping data accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills and respond to employee inquiries
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration software
  • Maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2-5 years experience in compensation and benefits coordination or a similar HR role
  • Comprehensive knowledge and strong understanding of different benefits plans & programs and timekeeping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Social Media Management, and other software
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
