Job Summary

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining benefits policies and procedures
  • Coordinating open enrollment events and benefits fairs
  • Providing education and training to employees on benefits options
  • Maintaining accurate records of benefits enrollment and utilization
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2-5 years experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits plans and programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
