Amazon Account Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This role requires strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and the ability to manage multiple marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing private label brands on Amazon, with a solid background in shipment creation, logistics coordination, and inventory reconciliation.

A strong case management and problem-solving skillset is essential for this role, as well as the ability to plan and execute pricing tactics, run promotions, coupons, and deals.

The successful candidate will also have high-level proficiency in Helium 10 for product research, keyword optimization, and listing management, as well as advanced Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations for private label brands.
  2. Monitor performance metrics, address compliance issues, and maintain standing across all marketplaces.
  3. Submit cases to Amazon for issues and secure reimbursements.
  4. Build and refine product listings for maximum discoverability and conversions.
  5. Analyse trends and drive data-backed decisions using Helium 10 and Google Sheets.
  6. Oversee shipment creation, coordinate with suppliers, and reconcile inventory.
  7. Forecast demand and optimise replenishment strategies based on sales trends and lead times.
  8. Develop pricing strategies and manage vouchers and deals.
  9. Maintain a centralised database of product data, pricing, packaging specs, and variations.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing private label brands on Amazon.
  • Solid background in Amazon shipment creation, logistics coordination, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Strong case management and problem-solving skills on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute pricing tactics, run promotions, coupons, and deals.
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces.
  • High-level proficiency in Helium 10 and advanced Google Sheets skills.

  • Experience in the clothing category.
  • Experience with Amazon Global Logistics and Amazon Freight.
