We are seeking a diligent Financial Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Maintaining comprehensive bookkeeping for a fast-growing business across multiple online sales channels.
  2. Preparing monthly financial statements and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Leading monthly audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
  • Prior experience working with online retail businesses, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
  • Solid grasp of inventory accounting, amortization, and cost recognition methodologies.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and advanced Excel skills.
