Email Marketing Specialist Role

Are you passionate about creating engaging email campaigns that drive customer action? Do you have a knack for understanding customer behavior and preferences?

We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an expert in performance-based email marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective email strategies that maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Job

This is a full-time remote role that requires strong communication and project management skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns and automate workflows.

  • Take ownership of Miss Amara's email, SMS, and push marketing channels, focusing on key performance metrics such as open and click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and total revenue generated.
  • Design and optimize advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to create high-quality email content that aligns with Miss Amara's brand voice and aesthetic.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create messages that convert.
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore (strongly preferred).
  • Strong technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
