Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations in the e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for data accuracy, enjoy solving problems, and be experienced with online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor products across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) and check for new listings
  • Run and analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts
  • Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items
  • Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate
  • Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more
  • Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively
Requirements:
  • Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working night shifts and independently
  • Knowledge of any of the listed tools is a big plus
