About the Job

The position of PPC Team Lead involves overseeing a team of analysts and communicating with clients to create, optimize, and manage paid media accounts delivering against performance, ROI, and revenue targets.

This includes managing a team of 7-8 direct reports; coaching and developing their talents while holding them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements. The team lead will also participate in testing and optimization; ensuring all elements are executed confidently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of experienced Google Ads and Facebook admins
  • Lead the team in maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, budget caps and other important account metrics
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, targeting, display network and other facets of paid search for individual client campaigns
  • Responsible for career development for all team members, including training and support, coaching and recommending team members for new roles
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs
  • Able to monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues
Work Environment:
  • Full-time remote work PST hours with a US Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
