Senior Paid Search Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Paid Search Manager to join our remote paid media team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing paid search campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the paid media team to understand client business objectives and campaign requirements.
  • Regularly monitor campaign budgets and spend pacing with subsequent optimization of channels to meet campaign KPIs and exhaust budgets.
  • Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Acknowledge and accomplish side projects/task assigned for team development from time to time.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments from various ad platforms used in digital media buying.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing large paid search budgets (exceeding $500K USD/month).
  • In-depth, recent knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with management tools such as Search Ads 360.
  • Certifications from Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or languages.
  • Familiarity with lead gen or performance marketing for education or SaaS verticals.
  • Familiarity with global teams or cross-functional agency models.
