As our Paid Ads Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing partners to transition ad management in-house, building a strategy that boosts ROI, strengthens brand presence, and generates qualified leads. This is a remote role with flexibility, but we're seeking someone who can commit full-time focus on growing our paid marketing engine.

• Manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, X, and other channels.
• Continuously test, track, and tweak campaigns to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to document current strategies and transition management in-house.
• Create new ad concepts, scripts, and strategies tailored to different platforms.
• Use AI tools for scripts, voiceovers, and video editing to maximize the impact of ad creative.
• Develop educational and offer-based ad campaigns to attract and engage homeowners.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear reports on results and improvements.
• Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.

• Proven experience managing paid ads across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Creative thinker who can develop compelling ad scripts, visuals, and offers.
• Knowledge of AI-driven tools for creative production and campaign optimization.
• Ability to improve ROAS while exploring and testing new channels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Hourly rate of $6 to $8 per hour, based on experience.
