Job Title: Data Entry Assistant/On-the-Job Training

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill this remote data entry role. In this position, you'll help build and customize websites, manage plugins, handle website migrations and launches, and provide critical support to the CEO as a trusted point of contact.

This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. We operate in a remote work setup that allows for a great work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database using designated software.
  • Enter data from various digital sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and categorize data following established protocols.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by the CEO, utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Utilize online tools and resources to perform basic administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Experience working with a CEO or senior management is a plus.
