The Record to Report team plays a crucial role in performing accounting and reporting activities within the cycle, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with policies and standards.
This specialist will be responsible for assigned deliverables, contributing to the team's objectives and demonstrating personal accountability and commitment to quality.
- ResponsibilityTake ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- CollaborationPartner with finance teams to ensure transaction accuracy and support responses to audit queries under guidance.
- Financial AcumenPost journal entries and accruals in accordance with policy, perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, and assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Process EnhancementProvide documentation and schedules for audits, support process improvement activities, and maintain complete and accurate financial records.
- Minimum 1–3 years' experience in accounting or record to report.
- Solid technical accounting knowledge (IFRS & local GAAP) and experience with month-end close activities.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); exposure to Power BI or reporting tools helpful.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
