Overview

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Data Entry (Spanish Bilingual) specialist. In this key role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing information in our Spanish-speaking client databases, playing a crucial part in the efficient operations of our growing business. Located in Davao City, Davao del Sur, this is an exciting opportunity to utilise your language skills and data entry expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data from a variety of sources into our client databases
  • Ensure all data is processed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Proofread and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Schedule/Reschedule appointments/ patients intake.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in data entry, ideally in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
