
Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized data entry clerk to join our team in a remote capacity.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clerical experience as a data entry specialist, with basic data entry skills, strong computer and business solutions software skills, and excellent time management skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks such as reviewing, processing, and maintaining documents, working directly with the office staff, keeping all office documents filed and organized, and providing accurate and effective document preparation and records management.

Responsibilities- Data Entry: Review, process, and maintain documents, including invoices and purchase orders.
- Office Support: Work directly with the office staff, assist with multiple tasks, and keep all office documents filed and organized.
- Document Preparation: Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management.
- Purchase Order Management: Process 2 and 3-way purchase order invoices and act as a primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve issues that arise.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3+ years of clerical experience as a data entry specialist.
- Skills: Basic data entry skills, strong computer and business solutions software skills, and excellent time management skills.
- Other Requirements: Ability to perform accurate computations and verification of data, ability to prepare basic reports, and ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.
