Job Title:

BIM Modeller

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models and collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless project coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, architecture, or a related field, and possess excellent skills in Autodesk Revit with experience in content creation. Additionally, they should have strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation.

You will develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models, create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries, collaborate with project teams, implement BIM workflows and processes, perform clash detection and construction coordination, prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required, and provide BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
