Property Operations Coordinator Job Description

The Property Operations Coordinator role is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on the seamless execution of day-to-day property operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in resolving tenant concerns, and demonstrate a high level of organizational ability. They will work closely with the on-site Property Manager to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, effective rent collection, and accurate record-keeping.

This position requires a meticulous approach to data management, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide comprehensive support to our Property Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our properties.

  • Maintenance Management: The successful candidate will lead the maintenance process from start to finish, including work order triage, vendor coordination, tracking, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Tenant Relations & Concern Resolution: Proactively resolve tenant concerns and inquiries, serving as a primary remote point of contact for residents.
  • Proactive PM Support & On-Site Coordination: Provide comprehensive remote support to the on-site Property Manager, coordinating all necessary on-site activities, providing detailed instructions, checklists, and scheduling.
  • Data Organization & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance records and property data, ensuring meticulous organization.
  • Rent Collection: Assist with timely rent collection processing, including sending late notices and supporting collection efforts.
