Remote Real Estate Support Specialist

This is a role that involves working from home as a Remote Real Estate Support Specialist, providing real estate support services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
  • New Client Setup: Set up new properties in client software platforms and ensure smooth transitions for property owners.
  • Rental Renewals: Track and manage renewals to minimize vacancy.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee vendor work, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing.
  • Tenant Management: Coordinate move-ins, rent collection, and lease enforcement.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Assist in creating and posting content on various social media platforms.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Details:

  • Employment Type: Independent Contractor.
  • Full-time Schedule: 8 am CST – 5 pm CST (Managing U.S Based Clients).
