Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Branding Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth.

This is a remote freelance/contract opportunity with potential to grow into a full-time role, ideal for a self-motivated individual who can take the reins on marketing and push our brand to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Create and manage social media business pages from scratch and develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Design and run high-performing Facebook ad campaigns to drive results and optimize performance continuously.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in running successful Facebook ad campaigns with a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Ability to build and grow a social media following from scratch.
  • Strong branding and design skills, with an eye for creating clean and professional visual content.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without needing constant supervision.
  • Bonus points if you have experience working with blue-collar, service-based, or B2B industries.
