Job Title: Digital Brand Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Your primary focus will be on social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing. You will work closely with our founder to align on brand direction, content priorities, and overall strategy. Your goal will be to create and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and reels.
  • Influencer Marketing: Manage influencer partnerships, develop outreach strategies, and track campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proven track record of success in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates through digital channels.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ability to interpret data insights.
