  • Job Description

    As a Public Relations and Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing effective public relations strategies to drive brand visibility and credibility. You will craft compelling press releases, media kits, and key messaging that align with each brand's voice and campaign objectives.

    You will build and maintain strong relationships with lifestyle editors, journalists, influencers, and media outlets (traditional and digital). You will coordinate media coverage, interviews, and brand feature placements to boost visibility and engagement.

    Monitor media trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR opportunities to recommend timely and brand-aligned stories. Support event publicity and activations (product launches, campaigns, CSR), ensuring consistent communication and messaging.

    Collaborate closely with the social media, marketing, and creative teams to ensure integrated communications across platforms.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in PR, preferably in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
    • Strong media network and proven experience in managing media relationships and press features.
    • Familiarity with PR analytics, media monitoring tools, and basic reporting formats.
    • Awareness of beauty/lifestyle trends and pop culture to help brands stay relevant and media-worthy.
