Project Director Position

We are seeking a seasoned project director to oversee the successful execution of complex global projects.

About the Role
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead and manage diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development.
  • The selected candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale global projects, managing budgets, and driving results-oriented initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading direct report teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, Excel, and Visio.
  • Project Management Certification: PMP.
