Warehouse Operations Lead

As a seasoned professional in warehouse operations, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouses, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics. Located in Rosales Municipality, Pangasinan, this role requires strong leadership skills and a keen analytical mind to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and vision
  • Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through data analysis and market insights
  • Manage various analyses including cost optimization, delivery performance, forecasts, and solution feasibility
  • Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics, warehouse inventory, outbound, and maintenance operations; ensure SLAs are met
  • Ensure the division is staffed with competent personnel capable in their current positions while being prepared and developed for future challenges
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 8-10 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations or related field
  • Excellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to assess data and draw conclusions
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Rosales Municipality, Pangasinan
