Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

E-Commerce Specialists manage daily online store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields.
    • Coordinate new product launches and publish relevant details accurately and on time.
    • Update content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages, and other areas.
    • Support email campaigns creation and scheduling.
    • Work with Marketing teams to stay aware of trading calendar plans and strategies.
    • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics for informed decision-making.
    • Support Digital Marketing activities like audience creation and Google Ads setup.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations is beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines effectively.
