E-commerce Listings Specialist

We are seeking a skilled e-commerce listings expert to join our team. As an integral part of our sales strategy, this individual will be responsible for creating and managing product listings across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging product listings that drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the business owner to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels across all sales channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Research and recommend cross-posting automation tools to optimize our online presence.
- Brainstorm and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach niche buyers such as home decorators and auction platforms.
- Prepare and format auction submissions for LiveAuctioneers, including organizing product details in their required spreadsheet format and numbering images according to their specifications.
- Coordinate with the business owner for approvals and updates, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor listing performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Leverage image editing skills to enhance product images and create visually appealing content.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce listings or online marketplace management. They should be familiar with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, 1stDibs, Facebook Marketplace, and AptDeco. Basic image editing skills are preferred. The successful candidate will work independently, be self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask.
