We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive e-commerce coordinator to support the daily operations of our online sales channels. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring that our e-commerce accounts are properly maintained, with accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

This position involves working with major online marketplaces like Amazon, as well as assisting with data analysis and product management.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant work experience as an e-commerce coordinator or in a similar role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining key e-commerce accounts and ensuring they are up to date.
  • Supporting the account manager by pulling data, generating spreadsheets, and performing calculations to track performance.
  • Ensuring all new products are uploaded to various e-commerce platforms accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Regularly reviewing top-selling items, adjusting images, videos, and variations where needed.
  • Managing inventory status across all platforms.
  • Working within internal systems and customer systems to pull, update, and ensure pricing is accurate.
  • Coordinating product listing updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns.
  • Managing relationships with key online marketplace platforms.
  • Providing ongoing analysis of e-commerce metrics.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience uploading products on Houzz and Cymax.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.
