  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
