Job Description
  • The successful candidate will lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial planning and strategic decision-making support.
  • They will build and maintain complex financial models to drive process improvements, automation, and scalability within finance.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze financial performance and variances, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Strong expertise in using ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
