Job Opportunity: Senior Financial Analyst

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth through accurate financial reporting, data analysis, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with expertise in Netsuite and MS Excel. They will be responsible for managing multi-currency, multi-entity, and consolidated financial reporting, as well as providing analytical support to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices based on sales orders, including volume-based billing metrics
  • Generate and issue credit notes in accordance with company policies
  • Record and reconcile incoming customer payments on a timely basis
  • Review customer agreements and ensure billing schedules align with contract terms
  • Support revenue recognition reviews and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Regularly analyze AR aging reports to proactively address collection risks
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams to resolve client billing or payment issues
  • Prepare reports related to AR, collections, and invoicing for both finance and senior leadership
  • Assist in designing and maintaining internal processes related to billing, cash collection, and bad debt tracking
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, or tech company
  • Advanced experience in Netsuite and MS Excel
  • Experience in managing multi-currency, multi-entity, and consolidated financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition and billing best practices
  • Familiarity with internal controls frameworks (e.g., COSO) and financial compliance standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and geographies
