Human Resources Specialist II Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career as a Human Resources Specialist II.

As a member of our team, you will support the Global SuccessFactors system within a shared service environment.

You will work collaboratively with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries related to HR/Talent/Compensation/Learning modules.

The role involves running and producing various reports, including ad hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations.

You will also be responsible for organizing and multitasking in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, and possess strong technical and analytic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate customer service with quality standards following defined and documented process
  • Run and produce various reports, including ad hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations
  • Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Possess strong technical and analytic skills and exhibit creative problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

  • Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experiences
  • Experience in Shared Services environment
  • Possess advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application such as Word, Excel, and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in SuccessFactors Cloud System preferred
