Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and promote new products and services
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve service offerings
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Microbiology, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of achievement and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
