Job Description
As a Business Development Specialist Key Accounts, you will play a critical role in managing key drugstore/pharmacy customers and driving profitable growth. You will create customer category business plans, practice and model the Nestle way of selling and negotiation, and drive excellence in execution.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to find customer opportunities, drive selling, negotiation, and execution of customer plans, and execute the order to cash process and customer engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Find customer opportunities to support and build customer plans and initiatives
- Drive selling, negotiation, and execution of the customer plans (commercial and operational level)
- Accountable for the achievement of Customer Category KPIs (Sales Achievement, Growth, Cycle Plan Execution, Distribution, etc)
- Execute the order to cash process and customer engagement strategy
