About This Role

We are seeking a skilled campaign manager to oversee our paid media efforts. This individual will play a critical role in managing and optimizing daily campaign performance across various platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in the technical aspects of campaign management and wants to expand their strategic influence within a high-performing agency environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing performance campaigns, specifically for clients in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize daily campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media platforms
  • Monitor and track paid ad campaign budgets daily to ensure proper pacing and performance
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
  • Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting related to paid media campaign performance
  • Support A/B testing efforts and contribute to experimentation strategies
  • Collaborate with the Performance Director on account strategy
  • Handle regular client communication and performance updates
  • Share insights and learnings internally to support team growth
  • Suggest improvements and potential expansions for ad campaigns

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads and Meta)
  • Proven experience running paid ad campaigns specifically for Australian clients
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Data- and process-driven approach in ad campaign management
