We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage our diverse audience across multiple automotive brands.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social media strategies for our portfolio of automotive brands. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing multiple social media accounts, and driving engagement to strengthen brand loyalty and generate leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for the automotive industry to connect with our audience and showcase our vehicles and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies for Ford, Mitsubishi, Hyundai etc. to align with each brand's unique voice and objectives while maintaining a cohesive dealer group identity.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, online community engagement, and responding to inquiries/comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align social media campaigns with dealership promotions, new vehicle launches, and seasonal events.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using different tools providing regular reports on KPIs (engagement, reach, leads, etc.).
Stay updated on automotive industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our brands remain relevant and competitive.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content showcasing vehicles, customer testimonials, and dealership events.
Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization to maximize ROI.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, compliance regulations, and automotive industry standards.
Engage with local communities and influencers to amplify brand visibility and foster partnerships.
Qualifications:
2years+ of experience in social media management, preferably in the automotive, retail, or multi-brand environment.
Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and customer behavior
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms .
Experience managing paid social media campaigns and optimizing ad performance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Creative mindset with skills in content creation (photography, video editing, graphic design a plus).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple brand accounts with distinct strategies.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies is a plus.
Passion for cars and the automotive industry is highly desirable
