Senior Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead our paid social campaigns.

  • Manage paid social campaigns from start to finish, ensuring optimal performance across major paid social channels.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute paid social campaigns to completion, utilizing a data-first approach to optimize for channel ROI.
  • Analyze and report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large-scale growth campaigns on paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an eye for creative storytelling.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client side or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis, including pivot tables and formula building.
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, and web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
