This role involves managing Paid Media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. As a hands-on professional, you will oversee campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.

You will typically work on 3-5 client accounts, depending on size and complexity. We provide comprehensive training in our campaign methods, and account assignments will depend on your experience and client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing Paid Media campaigns that drive clicks, visibility, conversions, and business growth.
  • Collaborating with the Performance Director to deliver high-performing campaigns and meet client objectives.
  • Analyzing campaign results, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in Paid Media advertising.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will gain valuable experience in Paid Media management, develop your skills in data-driven campaign execution, and contribute to meaningful business growth.
