Job Summary

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering queries, and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of senior/high school graduate with diploma/certificate.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
