We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our telecommunications services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our telecommunications products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service standards.
Requirements:
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No prior BPO experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite.
