
Business Growth Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Growth Executive to join our team and drive expansion through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to offer exclusive perks and benefits to program members.
This is a high-impact, end-to-end sales position with full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
About the OpportunityThis role is ideal for an experienced sales professional looking to take on new challenges and contribute to a high-profile partnership with a major international airline.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our client's internal teams to develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing a network of business partners to offer exclusive perks and benefits to program members.
- Actively identifying and qualifying new partnership opportunities within the Australian market.
- Proactively following up on all leads and potential partners to nurture relationships.
- Leading discovery calls and negotiations to convert qualified leads into signed partners.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in the CRM.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven end-to-end sales experience with a strong track record as a closer.
- Demonstrated experience handling discovery calls and managing a full sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
As a Business Growth Executive, you can expect:
- A competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings) package.
