Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product inventory, organizing external sources, executing email campaigns, and managing customer credits. They will also assist with graphic design, social media management, and administrative tasks to support the growth of our online business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-Commerce Operations:

    • Pull and organize inventory from external sources.
    • Execute email campaigns targeting abandoned cart users, repurchasers, and more.
    • Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes efficiently.
  • Graphic Design & Content Creation:
    • Design captivating social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva.
  • Social Media & Marketplace Management:
    • Post engaging short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    • Provide general administrative assistance as needed, supporting logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks.
